Our role as the guide
The idea behind “the guide” is that some people don’t know what they don’t know, so they want an advisor to lead them on the journey – but when there is a fork in the road they still want to make the choice. We strive to provide all they need and engage them when decisions are to be made.
Our role as the co-pilot
The idea behind “the co-pilot” is that some people know where they want to go and how they want to get there – but would like to have someone to talk strategy with or to handle the heavy lifting or boring work. They want a collaborative discussion, coming together to share ideas, scenarios and strategies – and a plan for moving forward.
The key is this – we don’t indoctrinate our clients into our way of working. We work with them in the manner they prefer.
